There appears to be a culture lately, where agencies do not take the time and effort required to listen to their clients needs. 

I work with clients who I can build a long-term relationship with, who I meet and can obtain a real insight into your company, office culture, challenges and benefits. It is currently just me in the company, meaning I will reserve time daily to source candidates for you, I have no KPIs so I only send candidates who I truly believe in. I don't sell - I present the pros/cons and give my honest feedback on a CV. 

I work selectively with companies who are growing rapidly and are becoming a big name in their sectors. I chose clients based on one key factor - would I see myself working for them? I will give you unbiased consultative feedback on your choices, and aim to help you find the most suitable option for your career.

I often work with a range of candidates with varying levels of experience, from Graduate to Executive level, who are working exclusively with me to source the right company for their unique skills and experience.
